Pre-launch draft for legal review. These terms govern use of the Clutter Cousins website and quote-request experience. They are not a final customer agreement until approved by counsel and published for launch.
Using the site
You may request a junk-removal quote through the website. A quote request is not a guaranteed booking, final price, or promise that service is available. Final scope, price, scheduling, and payment terms must be confirmed before work begins.
Accurate information
You agree to provide information that is accurate and current, including photos or video that fairly show the material you want removed. If the actual job materially differs from the submission, any previously discussed price or timing may need to change before service begins.
Local service providers
Clutter Cousins may coordinate with local service providers. Service availability, job scope, and final booking terms are confirmed before dispatch.
